* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Bell, Bosque, Collin, Coryell, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Grayson, Hill, Johnson, Lampasas, McLennan and Tarrant.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 7 to 10 inches.
