2. Solution: We have identified a fix for the login issue. If you're facing this problem, please uninstall and reinstall the Gatehouse app from your device's app store. This step has been effective in resolving the login challenges. When you reinstall the application, it will ask for the client code 146146

3. Device Impact: We would like to highlight that this issue has been noticed across both Android and Apple devices.
