* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 447 PM CDT, local law enforcement continues to report closed roads, high water on some rivers and streams, and flooding in low lying areas. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Black River Falls, Arcadia, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Fountain City, Millston, Hatfield, Dodge, Merrillan, Ettrick, Alma Center, Taylor, Hixton, and Disco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
