Houston, TX – October 25, 2023 – Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Division will host a press conference and media availability for the public’s help for information on the death of Christopher Chaney, Nicholette Briscoe, Willie Norman and Kelcii Flintroy.
On Friday, December 9, 2016, Harris County Sheriff’s Deputies and Channelview Fire Dept. responded to a call in the 15300 block of Market St, Channelview, Texas, for a vehicle fire. Upon arrival, Deputies and Fire personnel discovered two males and two females deceased in the vehicle from apparent gunshot wounds.
The suspect(s) are unknown at this time. This homicide case is still open, pending new leads. Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect(s) is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect(s) in this case.
