* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Llano and Real.

* WHEN...Through 1 PM Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A very moist an unstable airmass over Texas has resulted from an approaching disturbance from the west and the influx of moisture from the remnants of a tropical cyclone. Moderate to heavy rain is possible late this evening continuing into late Thursday morning.
