* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Collin county.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Richardson, Allen, Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, Prosper, Royse City, Anna, Fairview, Princeton, Celina, Lucas, Melissa, Parker, Farmersville and Van Alstyne.
