* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Clark. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo, Jackson and Trempealeau.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported continued impacts from flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain fell Tuesday. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Black River Falls, Arcadia, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Fountain City, Millston, Hatfield, Shortville, Dodge, Franklin, Irving, Merrillan, Ettrick, Alma Center, Taylor, Hixton, City Point and Disco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
