* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Real and Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 853 AM CDT, The public reported of flooding along highway 55 near Barksdale, Texas. Earlier heavy rainfall north of Barksdale ranged from 2 and 5 inches. Little to no additional rainfall is expected of the next few hours in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
