Safety First on Halloween Night! 
Start educating our children early! Celebrate Halloween with both joy and safety in mind. Stick to the sidewalks and avoid walking on the road when you're going from house to house. In cases where sidewalks aren't available, make sure to walk facing the oncoming traffic and keep as close to the edge as you can.
