Paterson Plank Road scheduled closure
Paterson Plank Road will be closed between Congress and Hope Streets tomorrow, Friday Oct. 27, 2023 from 10 a.m. through 12 p.m. The road will be closed in both directions for roadway testing, as part of an ongoing investigation by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit. Drivers are asked to avoid the area during that time and find alternate routes. Hoboken Police will be posted near the closure at Marshall Street, to assist with detours.
Marin Boulevard ongoing closure reminder
As a reminder, Marin Boulevard, which turns into Henderson Street in Hoboken, will be closed between 18th Street in Jersey City and Observer Highway in Hoboken weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The closure is due to a long-term project by the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (JCMUA) and will impact traffic in and out of Hoboken's southern routes, especially during heavy commute times. Please leave extra time for travel in that area.
