Flood Warning until 08:00PM Thursday 
* WHAT...River flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Real and Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 158 PM CDT, The Uvalde County Emergency Manager reported flooding on the Nueces River between Barksdale and Camp Wood. The river gauge Nueces River at Montell has reported a 10ft rise over the past two hours. This rise will cause low water crossings along the river between Barksdale to Laguna to flood. Specifically this will affect low water crossings on State Highway 55, County Road 416, County Road 412, and County Road 410. This river rise is in response to a swath of 3 and 7 inches of rain from overnight heavy rain. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
