INCIDENT: P.C. 422- Criminal Threats
LOCATION: 40 Block of Valley Mesa Rd., Havasu Lake, CA
SUSPECT(S): Ardry Severin, 48-years-old, Resident of Havasu Lake, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at approximately 5:46 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 40 block of Valley Mesa Rd., reference criminal threats. When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the suspect, Ardry Severin, made several criminal threats towards the victim.
Severin was arrested for P.C. 422 - Criminal Threats, and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Severin remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000, awaiting a court hearing.
