Monterey Park Police Dept. advises you to AVOID the area of East Los Angeles College due to a high level traffic congestion. The East LA Football Classic (Garfield/Rosevelt Football game) at ELAC will be held tonight and will cause significant traffic backups and other issues. Please avoid the area from 5 PM to Midnight and use alternate routes.
