In northeast Texas, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt.
* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may also become flooded. Flood waters are difficult to see at night, so remember to turn around, don't drown if encountering flooded roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches. Isolated higher amounts up to 6 inches are possible, mainly south of I-20. Areas that received heavy rain earlier this week will also be more at- risk of flooding.
