The Halloween ‘Rag-a-Muffin’ Parade will be held today, Saturday, October 28th, at 9:30 AM. The parade route is down Pleasantville Road from the Operating Engineers Building just north of Popular Road to the Firehouse. Expect lane closures on Pleasantville Rd for about 1 hour.
