* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 16.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
