The Flood Warning will expire at 2 PM CDT this afternoon for a portion of north central Texas, including the following areas, Dallas, Ellis, Kaufman and Rockwall. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Nuisance flooding of low lying and/or poor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance to recede. New flooding is no longer expected. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
