The Westfield Police Departmnet advises you to AVOID the 500 blk of North Avenue East between Fourth Avenue and Hillcrest Avenue due to a motor vehicle crash. This will require a detour of traffic for approximately the next 8 hours as PSE&G completes repairs to a downed utility pole. Alternate routes are suggested.
