* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur. Additional rainfall up to half an inch is possible today and tonight, but river levels are not expected to rise to above flood late tonight.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 5.2 feet Friday morning.
