This is an update to the ongoing River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project.  

Beginning Tuesday, October 31^th at approximately 7:00 am, the contractor will begin connecting new water services to the new water main from Bridge Ave. to the end of River Street.  Work will continue through the rest of the week. One lane traffic will be required in the work zones. 
 
Water outages should be very brief.  Once water is restored, water users may experience a brief change in water color and/or pressure. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm.
 
Please avoid this area if at all possible.  Temporary signage, lights and barricades will be in place.  Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and barriers.

The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
