Person representing himself as a city employee 
The City of Simi Valley received several calls this afternoon, from residents in the neighborhood of Dinsmore and Arcane St. regarding a gentleman in a utility vest flashing a badge and representing himself as a city employee. He told the residents he needed to enter their home to test the water quality because there have been issues reported in the neighborhood.
This announcement is to let people know that city workers do not enter people’s homes to conduct this type of work.
