Have a Safe and Happy Halloween weekend.
Halloween is not a city sanctioned event, but rather an organic nationally recognized tradition. As a courtesy to your neighbors, the City recommends that everyone Trick or Treat between 5:30-8:30 p.m., but it is not enforced. Extra Police patrols will be out to ensure everyone's safety.
If your household chooses not to participate, please TURN OFF YOUR PORCH LIGHTS on Sunday night so that trick-or-treaters will know not to visit your home.
As the City does at all times, we remind you to exercise good judgment and be respectful to those around you while out with your trick-or-treaters.
