West End Water Tank Shut Down - Hydrant Flow Testing - 11/1/23 
The City of Oneonta will be performing some hydrant flow testing in the West End area tomorrow, Wed., Nov. 1st.. There will be a complete shut down of the West End water tank beginning at 9am - 11:00am. Hydrant flow testing will occur near Corporate Drive, Commerce Rd and Browne Street.
You may experience minor disturbances in water pressure or water quality. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm.
Those buildings that are fitted with fire alarm systems may experience alarms with this testing. If you do, please contact our DPW office at 607.432.2100.
