SUBJECT:  Prostitution Investigation Results in Three Arrests

LOCATION: Golden Star Spa 1719 Rt. 35 in Ocean Township           
 
ACCUSED: Jianchao Li 37 year old female of Woodhaven, NY; Kong Fanjing 44 year old female of Flushing, NY, and Xie Quong 52 year old female of Ocean, NJ  
 
NARRATIVE:   As a result of receiving information about illegal activity at the Golden Star Spa, an investigation into prostitution was initiated.  As a result of this ongoing investigation, officers from OTPD executed a search warrant at the Golden Star Spa on October 26^th.  During the execution of the search warrant, three suspects who were on scene, Jianchao Li, Kong Fanjing and Xie Quong, were placed under arrest.  All three suspects were charged with Promoting Prostitution and township ordinance violations.  They were processed accordingly and released on criminal summonses pending an initial court appearance.
