INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 13-year-old Elvin Burks last seen Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from the 6100 block of Nimitz Drive.
Elvin is described as 5'5" tall, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. There is no clothing description at this time.
