**UPDATE**River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project. 
Beginning Monday, November 6th , at approximately 7:00 am, the contractor will begin connecting new water services at Helios Care and Verizon to the new water main. Helios Care will be shut off approximately between 7:00 am, and 11:00 am and Verizon will be shut off approximately between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. One lane traffic will be required in the work zones.
Once water is restored, water users may experience a brief change in water color and/or pressure. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm.
Please avoid this area if at all possible. Temporary signage, lights and barricades will be in place. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and barriers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
