High Wind Warning until 09:00AM

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph near beaches and headlands.

* WHERE...In Oregon, North Oregon Coast and Central Oregon Coast. In Washington, South Washington Coast.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may result in tree damage. Isolated power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest gusts will remain confined to areas along the immediate coast such as beaches and headlands. Inland coastal communities should see wind gusts top out between 40-50 mph.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST ... CENTRAL OREGON COAST ... SOUTH WASHINGTON COAST
