Two projects between NE 36th St and NE 44th St on Lighthouse Drive are set to begin today. Expect traffic delays. 
Residents, please be advised the paving project on Lighthouse Drive will resume starting today. The project will begin at NE 36th St (Sample Rd) and continue north to NE 44th St, on Lighthouse Drive. There will be temporary lane closures controlled by flaggers.
The lift station project at NE 41st St and Lighthouse Drive will also begin today. The southbound lanes of NE 22nd Ave will be shut down at the lift station site. The southbound detour will reroute you to NE 39th St by way of Lighthouse Drive.
Please expect traffic delays and heed the detour signs and work-site flagger's instructions.
