Full Notification

This is a message from the North Carolina Forest Service Office and the Clay County Fire Marshall’s Office. As of 5:00pm today, Sunday, November 5, 2023, Clay County will be under a burn ban until further notice. Clay County remains under an Air Quality Alert until midnight tonight due to smoke from the area fires in Cherokee, Macon and Clay counties.
