November 3, 2023:

• Officer Marcum made contact with a subject near South Jackson Street and West Mason Street. A 53-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Panther responded to the 1200 block of North Blackstone Street for a suspicious situation report.
• Officers visited several schools during the day.
• Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North State Street for a domestic dispute. A 40-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop at West North Street and Lansing Avenue. The 19-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon. Minor in possession of tobacco and marijuana charges will be sought on three juvenile occupants.  
• Officers responded to the 500 block of South Cooper Street for a domestic dispute. Domestic assault charges will be sought on a 39-year-old male.

• Officer Vernier was dispatched to the 700 block of First Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was located in Blackman Township, and returned to the owner.
• Officer Panther responded to the 1300 block of South Milwaukee Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was located with damaged tires. Charges will be sought on a 29-year-old male for malicious destruction of property, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
• Officer Brooker responded to the 900 block of Blair Park Drive for a personal welfare check.
• Officers assisted Blackman Township with a weapons complaint in the 800 block of Royal Drive.
• Officer Simon was dispatched to the 300 block of South Pleasant Street for a domestic dispute. A 28-year-old male was arrested for violation of a personal protection order.

• Officer Marcum responded to the Jackson Crossing Mall for a larceny report.
• Officer Marcum was dispatched to an overdose in the 400 block of Bates Street. A 64-year-old male was treated at the scene.
• Officer Simon responded to the 200 block of West Franklin Street for an assault. A 47-year-old male was arrested for home invasion.
• Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 100 block of West Mason Street for disorderly subjects. A 51-year-old male was arrested for possession of open intoxicants; disorderly conduct; being in a park after open hours; and resisting and obstructing.
• Officer Reynaga responded to the 700 block of Williams Street for a welfare check on an assault victim. The investigation is ongoing.
• Officer Brooker was dispatched to the 400 block of North State Street for a suspicious subject in the area. A 49-year-old female was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
• Officer Erwin responded to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of North West Avenue. A 19-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
