Red Flag Warning until 05:00PM Tuesday 
The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 11 AM to 5 PM MST Tuesday.
* AREA AND TIMING...West Central Mountains (Zone 105), Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), Northeast Plains (Zone 104), Central Highlands (Zone 125), and East Central Plains (Zone 126) between 11 AM and 5 PM Tuesday.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHEAST PLAINS ... WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS ... NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS ... CENTRAL HIGHLANDS ... EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
