SUSPECT(S): Elvira Gutierrez, a 44-year old resident of Ontario

SUMMARY: On Sunday, November 5, 2023, at approximately 7:27 p.m., the female suspect, Elvira Gutierrez, a 44-year-old resident of Ontario, confronted her long-term boyfriend at The Shoppes in Chino Hills. The confrontation stemmed from personal issues. During the incident, Gutierrez used her vehicle to collide with the victim's vehicle. The victim fled in his vehicle as Gutierrez pursued him. Gutierrez used her vehicle to intentionally crash into the victim's vehicle multiple times. Deputies in the area witnessed the incident and intervened.
Gutierrez was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
