SUMMARY: On November 5, 2023, at approximately 8:49 p.m., a Chino Hills deputy found an occupied stolen vehicle at the above location. The vehicle was stolen in Los Angeles.
The suspect, Diego Palacios, was a wanted fugitive in Los Angeles. During the investigation, deputies found multiple items of stolen property from numerous reported vehicle thefts. Palacios was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
