SUSPECT(S): Dominick Louie Rivera, Age 28, Resident of Hesperia
VICTIM(S): Old Cucamonga Tattoo
SUMMARY: On Saturday, November 4, 2023, at approximately 2:54 P.M., Rancho Cucamonga deputies responded to a call for service referencing a subject check in the area of Foothill Blvd and Town Center Dr. The caller reported a male subject at the location causing damage to the business and making threatening statements to individuals inside the business.
Deputies arrived on scene and the male subject was gone from the location. The subject continued to call the business and make threatening statements for a short period of time. An extensive area check was conducted, and the subject was later located on Foothill Blvd and Archibald Ave. Through investigation, it was determined the subject entered the business to use the bathroom and began to take items from the location. The subject was confronted by staff and became argumentative.
The suspect was identified as Dominick Louie Rivera. Rivera was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for petty theft and criminal threats. The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department would like to thank the community for their support by reporting what they observed, which resulted in Rivera's arrest.
