DWI Arrest 
On Sunday, November 5, 2023 at approximately 0234 hours, the Readington Township Police stopped Babatunde Dawodu on Route 22 for speeding and failure to maintain his lane. Dawaodu failed the officers field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. Dawaodu was charged with DWI and issued a motor vehicle summons for DWI, Speeding and Failure to Maintain Lane. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
