**UPDATE**River St & Ann St Reconstruction & Water Main Replacement Project - 11/8/23 
Beginning Wednesday, November 8th, at approximately 10:00 am, the contractor will be doing the final tie into the existing water main at Bridge Ave. and connecting two existing fire hydrants to the new water main at #225 and #268. This work is expected to take approximately 3 hours. One lane traffic will be required in the work zones.
Once water is restored, water users may experience a brief change in water color and/or pressure. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm.
Please avoid this area if at all possible. Temporary signage, lights and barricades will be in place. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and barriers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
