MORNING...
* WHAT...Visibility one-quarter mile or less in fog.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dense fog is expected to expand south 
  from the I-70 corridor to just south of the highway 50 
  corridor by sunrise, perhaps as far south as Kingman and 
  Wichita.
