Officers are investigating a report of a child that was bit by a dog this morning at about 10am in the 1800 block of Parmenter Street. The dog was a small, blonde, straight-haired yorkie/terrier type dog that the handler called "Molly." The female walking the dog was described as a white female, about 18-years-old, with blonde hair, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and a black vest, and she left walking down Hubbard Avenue.
