UPDATE: On November 4, 2023, Chinmay Bhoot was located deceased, in the city of San Bernardino. The cause of death has been determined a suicide. Further inquiries about this case should be directed to the San Bernardino Police Department.

SUMMARY: Deputies with the Central Station are asking for assistance from the public in locating Chinmay Bhoot. Bhoot was reported to have last been seen on October 27, 2023, returning a rental car in the city of Redlands. It is possible that he may be in the San Bernardino County mountains.
Chinmay Bhoot is 5’8” tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hat, and red shorts.
