Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk Missing Person, Robin Richard Kennard. He is a 72-year-old male White who was last seen on November 8, 2023, at 7:52 p.m., on the 17500 block of Elizabeth Lake Road, in the City of Lake Hughes.
Missing person, Robin Kennard, is 5’11” tall, 170 lbs with blonde hair, green eyes, wears glasses and has a tattoo of a rose on his right shoulder. He was last seen wearing a beige sweatshirt and blue denim shorts.
Mr. Kennard is known to drive a red 2016 Toyota Corolla, CA license plate 9FBF582. Mr. Kennard suffers from memory loss and his family is concerned for his well-being.
