* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. Power outages are possible given the current snow load on area trees. There is a possibility of a brief Turnagain Arm wind early Monday morning, which would exacerbate these issues.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher amounts on the Anchorage and Eagle River Hillsides, including Hiland Road.
