On 11/03/23, a subject went to the ATM machine at the Wawa in Burlington Twp on Rt 541. He completed a withdrawal from his account of $100. He became distracted while talking on the phone and walked off leaving his $100 behind and still sticking out from the machine.
The above pictured subject then walked over to the ATM and
