- 11/14/23: Northbound Closed and Detoured. Southbound opened to traffic. Milling on the Northbound side starting at Roosevelt/Kyle Street and continuing to Dukes Parkway

- Roosevelt Street Westbound to a right onto 13th Street
- 13th Avenue Northbound to a right onto Dukes Parkway
- Dukes Parkway eastbound to a left onto Main Street
