COSTA MESA, Calif. (Nov. 13, 2023) - The investigation into the shooting in the 2800 block of Mendoza Drive on Friday night that resulted in a homicide is still ongoing, however the only two suspects involved have been arrested by the Costa Mesa Police Department.
The two arrested in connection to the murder of Raymond Gonzalez, 35 years old, of Costa Mesa, are Ryan Ivan Ramos, 18, of Costa Mesa, and a juvenile whose name will be withheld.
This case was submitted to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for review.
