INCIDENT: P.C. 459 - Burglary and PC 3455 - Violation of Post Release Community Supervision
LOCATION: 100 Block of Goodwill Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Edward Jonhson, 43-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
Dylon Allred, 23-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, November 13, 2023, at approximately 3:50 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police department were conducting active patrol when they encountered two male subjects, later identified as Edward Johnson and Dylon Allred, near a closed business. Both subjects were detained and after investigation, both subjects were found to be in violation of PC 459- Burglary.
Edward Johnson was found to be on probation and was consequently arrested for PC 459 Burglary and PC 3455 Viloation of Post Release Community Supervision. Johnson was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
Dylon Allred was arrested for PC 459 - Burglary and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Allred remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
