Good evening. Please be advised that on Monday, November 20th, the paving portion of Franklin Road will begin starting on or about 9 a.m. and will be completed by approximately 2 p.m. During this time portions of Franklin Road will be closed between Cooper Road and Shore Road. As the blacktop cools and cars are able to drive on it, we will open up portions of the roadway.  Please make sure you follow all signs, detours, and officers on scene. If there is an alternate route you can take please be advised you are urged to do so.  
If you need to use your vehicle on this date, please move your car to another location. It will be very difficult to access your road once paving has commenced.  Please note that newly paved roads cannot be driven upon until all cones and signs are removed by authorized personnel.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
