* WHERE...Eastern Turnagain Arm, including Portage.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...No additional snow is expected during this event. Reduced visibilities will be caused by winds lifting and blowing transportable snow already on the ground.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST TURNAGAIN ARM
