INCIDENT: PC 664/459 – Attempted Burglary
LOCATION: 15800 block of Rimrock Road, Apple Valley, CA
VICTIM(S): 37-year-old female of Apple Valley, CA
SUSPECT(S): Thomas Eaton, 43-year-old male of Apple Valley, CA
SUMMARY: On Thursday, November 16, 2023, at approximately 6:56 p.m., San Bernardino Sheriff’s Dispatch received a call of a subject attempting to get into a residence in the 15800 block of Rimrock Road in the town of Apple Valley. The resident who called was inside the residence and could see the subject on her home surveillance. The subject was in the backyard of the residence trying to gain entry to the home.
Deputies from Apple Valley Police Department responded to the residence and located the subject at the residence. Deputy A. Gonzalez investigated the incident which resulted in the arrest of Thomas Eaton
Eaton transported to High Desert Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
