The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 AM EST Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* TIMING...Noon EST Monday through 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* WIND...South to southeast winds across the higher elevations and foothills will increase to between 25 and 50 mph Monday afternoon, then gusts will increase to between 40 and 70 mph Monday night. Up to 80 mph gusts will be possible in some locations.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
