Third Avenue will be closed today, Monday, November 20th, from Scrapetown Road to Hughes Avenue from 6:30am to 5:00pm for paving operations. Emergency vehicles only will have access during paving operations. Detours are in place and signs are posted. Please seek alternate routes. Please exercise caution in work zone
